An experienced and certified hijama practitioner with a background in nursing. This provides her with added insight into applying the use of traditional therapies in clinical practice. She is an active scouts leader regularly leading groups on hikes and is an advocate for healthy living within her community.

Has over 8 years of experience in the field of cupping therapy and was one of the first ICAHT diploma graduates in 2013. He has a background in Osteopathy and Sports Conditioning. Vance is an elite level athlete who is very serious about his training. He has played football at a professional level for Huddersfield town and regularly competes in triathlons, marathons and other mentally and physically challenging activities.

Nida is an extremely passionate experienced and qualified physiotherapist pursuing a further postgraduate masters degree in sports performance physiotherapy at Cardiff University. Nida is a qualified ICAHT practitioner with specific interests in exercise rehabilitation. She has worked in professional sport and both as a pilates and Zumba instructor. She loves to help people achieve their full potential and is Fluent in Hindi and Urdu
