OUR PROCESS
ICAHT process starts with a detailed assessment to understand the individual needs of our clients. We help them understand not just what is going on with their health but why. This is the key to addressing the root cause and achieving optimal health. Once health goals have been made, a tailored program is devised. Agreement to make lifestyle corrections alongside ICAHT care interventions is a necessary requirement for anyone starting their ICAHT journey. We do not commit patients who can not demonstrate their own commitment to change.
